Processing time
Orders confirmed before 2pm EST ship the same business day. After that, next business day. We don't ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
Domestic (USA)
USPS Priority Mail with tracking — 2–3 business days. Free on orders over $200, otherwise $15 flat.
International
DHL Express with tracking — 3–7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any local customs duties.
Discreet packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no product information visible on the exterior.
Lost or damaged
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll reship at no cost.
Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final once shipped. We replace items damaged in transit or shipped in error — see above.
